Bridging Outer Success with Inner Fulfillment
For Purpose-Driven Women Who've Held It All Together
Your life looks successful from the outside. You're thoughtful, self-aware, and others see you as someone who "has it all together."
But beneath the competence, there’s a weight no one sees: mental overwhelm, a body that’s forgotten how to rest, and the quiet awareness that you’re performing your life rather than living it.
There’s a quiet longing to feel more alive, more aligned, more at peace. A sense that something deeper is calling you. But you can’t talk about it. Not at work. Not at home. Not even with friends.
So you carry it quietly.
You keep moving. Keep holding. Keep performing.
You're not looking for a different life. You're looking for a different relationship to the one you already have.
With more ease. More presence. More truth.
If you’ve found your way here, something in you is ready.
For the Dutch-speaking audience: de website is Engelstalig voor internationale cliënten, maar ik begeleid je met evenveel plezier in het Nederlands.

I'm Chonin, also known as Cho — inner leadership coach, energy healing practitioner, and the woman behind Heart Virtues.
As an HR professional, I spent years inside organizations watching the wellbeing crisis unfold. I saw how we keep addressing symptoms while missing what’s underneath.
Now I work with women who carry high responsibility across work and life — women in leadership, changemakers and founders who feel the weight of everything they hold in silence.
My approach — the Inner Shift Method™ — combines transformational coaching with somatic awareness and energy healing to shift what insight alone hasn't been able to move.
I work with the mind, body, the nervous system, and the heart, the places where patterns are actually held and where real transformation happens.
You don't have to choose between success and soul. This work bridges both — so you can lead, love, and live from a place of inner steadiness rather than survival.

The mind can understand.
The body can release.
But it's the heart that transforms.
When we clear what's in the way —the armour, the patterns, the performing— what comes through are the qualities the heart has always carried.
Gratitude. Compassion. Forgiveness. Humility. Understanding. Courage.
Not as ideas, but as lived practice.
As a way of being that others can feel.
That's why this work is called Heart Virtues.
